This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, store, use, and manage information—including personal information—when you use any of our websites, mobile apps, Google Workspace add‑ons, or other services (“Services”).

By using our website, Google addons, mobile apps, and/or other services we provide, you agree to everything in this Privacy Policy and the processing of your data, including your personal information, in the manner provided in this Policy. If you don’t agree to this Privacy Policy and applicable User Agreements, please exit, and do not access or use, our products or Service. Please also note that the scope of this Policy is limited to information collected or received by us through your use of our services. We are not responsible for the actions of third party people or companies, the content of their sites, the use of information you provide to them, or any products or services they may offer. As used herein, the term “use” shall mean use, access, play, install, sign into, connect with, download, visit or browse our Sites or Products.

Information We Collect

• Account data – your name, e‑mail address, phone number, and authentication token when you create an account, and prompts and responses you submit to our interface.
• Usage data – log files, preferences, device information, and browsing activity to improve performance and functionality.
• Files and generated presentations – the PDF, Word, PowerPoint, text and image files you upload, the prompts you write, and the presentations generated for you (slides, speaker notes, PDF and PPTX files). These are stored in a private storage area linked to your account.
• Payment information – subscriptions are processed by Stripe (web) and Apple (iOS app). We receive your email address and subscription status, but we do not receive or store your full card number.

Use of Information

We use collected data to operate, maintain, and improve the Services, to personalise your experience, and to communicate with you.

Information Sharing

• We will share your request commands and the related content data to third party APIs depending on your preference, e.g. OpenAI APIs, Gemini, Claude etc. However our applications are not sharing any user data for AI models training.

Based on these, your data submitted will not be used to train or improve their models and will be deleted afterwards.
• We may share your information with third-party service providers, such as our cloud hosting provider or content creation service, for the purposes of providing, maintaining and improving our service.
• We will not share or disclose your information to any other third party, unless we are required to do so by law or in response to a valid request from a law enforcement or government agency, or as otherwise necessary to protect our rights or interests.

AI Processing of Your Content

When you create or edit a presentation, your prompt and the content of any files you upload are sent to our third-party AI providers so they can generate the result. Files are shared with these providers only for processing, and any temporary copies are deleted from the provider's file service when generation finishes. We do not use your uploaded files or generated presentations to train AI models.

Presentations are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. You can report inappropriate or harmful generated content from inside the app (open a presentation and choose “Report”) or by emailing us.

Retention and Deletion

We keep your uploaded files and generated presentations in your account so you can open, download and edit them again. You can ask us to delete specific files or presentations, or your whole account and its associated data, at any time by emailing contact@aiworksuite.com. We will act on verified requests within a reasonable time.

Security

We value your trust in using our service, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We use appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Policy.
